With this philosophy in mind, we have aligned our team members’ responsibilities with our clients’ needs. We have full time associates that support our agents so they can spend more time with you understanding and supporting your needs, and less time on paperwork.

Buyers need an agent that is very good at finding inventory, writing offers and getting clients into their dream homes, safely and as efficiently as possible.

Sellers need an agent that is hyper-focused and experienced in knowing how to properly prepare, present and position a home to maximize their net proceeds quickly and with as little hassle as possible.

All of our agents are adept at understanding pricing, market conditions, negotiations as well as real estate law and ethics.

We have a dedicated Project Manager on staff to make sure our listings are professionally produced and presented. We have a full time Sales Operations Manager who makes sure nobody slips through the cracks. We also have a full time Transaction Coordinator, to ensure all of the legal paperwork is in order so everyone is fully protected during the transaction and long after the sale is closed.

Our business is built almost entirely on referrals. As such, our number one objective is to make sure our clients are happy, successful and well supported. We achieve this through teamwork.
